By using ShortSmith you agree to these terms.
ShortSmith assembles vertical videos from media you provide and publishes them to social accounts you connect, on schedules you set, after your explicit approval of each video.
You retain all rights to your content. You are responsible for having the rights to the media you upload and for compliance of your published content with each platform's terms and applicable law.
Publishing to a connected platform is subject to that platform's terms of service, including the YouTube Terms of Service, TikTok's Terms of Service, and Meta's Platform Terms.
No spam, deceptive content, or automation that violates platform policies. ShortSmith adds no branding of its own to your content.
The service is provided "as is" without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
